Between projects, Kim is also our friendly Systems Administrator and is often seen exiting the server room with a furrowed brow, quoting IP addresses.
In his spare time Kim is learning to sail, although he describes his boat as, 'slightly tippy'.

Nick Rowney
Business Dev Manager
If you need a website, you'll probably be speaking to Nick first. Difficult to sum-up in a few words he seems to have been everywhere and done everything - take a close look at the man with no legs in Braindead. Nowadays he is happy to talk, talk and talk.
He recently bought a patch of grass in the Wairarapa and spends the weekends sucking on an ear of corn; dreaming.

Lauren Skogstad
Designer
Recently competing an honours degree in Spatial Design at Massey University, Lauren is passionate about creating innovative designs that people will enjoy and benefit from. Lauren is interested in the relationship between architecture and web design. Websites are evolving beyond two-dimensional documents, into multi-dimensional information spaces, with blurry borders that leak to other sites, designed to entice us to experience new things

Will enjoys Ruby, CSS, Javascript and Plone.

Anna Crooks

In nearly ten years of web development, Anna has held many different roles including graphic design, programming and management. Her favourite aspect of the job is helping to bring solutions to life from concepts. She believes websites should be creations of both beauty and functionality. Anna joined 3months in January 2008 on completion of a Land Rover expedition from London to Cape Town and is based in Invercargill.

Tim Knapp
